Utagba Uno is strategically located in Ndokwa West Local Government area, in the oil producing region of Delta State. It is the largest clan in the local government and has no single tertiary institution. The nearest is the Polytechnic at Ozoro, 30 kilometers away.

The town has motorable access road, being on the path of the NDDC tarred road between Isselegu (off the Ogwashi Uku-Kwale-Ughelli Road) and Obiaruku.It’s central location and easy accessibility from Asaba, Kwale, Abraka,Obiaruku,Uzoro and Ughelli is an asset to the proposed school .It will therefore be a rallying point for oil companies and other employers in the area to support the training of a pool of employable youths and women as an adjunct to their community relations projects
